Returns & Exchanges

At the 5 Seconds of Summer Official Store, we want you to love your tour merch and apparel, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
