How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 3-5 business days. During peak periods such as new album launches or tour announcements, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Do you ship 5SOS merchandise internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery to their specific region.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel items within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached. Please note that limited edition tour merch and signed items are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
A detailed size chart is available on each product page. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment center, we are unable to modify the destination address.
